Full conference registration fee payment covers:
- Conference bag and materials
- Cocktail during the Conference opening evening
- Daily lunch
- 2 Coffee breaks.
- Internet access at conference sites
For Congolese participants, academics will pay a preferential fee of 150 USD and 80 USD
for the students. African students who submitted an abstract can also apply for scholarship to
attend the conference should they need financial help.
